A pre-authentication link is a URL that, when accessed from a web browser, will take you directly to the Maptician signage that you are trying to set up. The examples below are illustrated using Meeting Room Signage, but can be applied to all other Maptician signage.
Not seeing a “Login URL”?
If there's no link in the room's "Login URL" column or you want to create a new URL for a room, follow these steps:
- Click the box to the far left of the desired room.
- Select the “Meeting Room Options” button.
- Click on the “New Login URL” option from the dropdown.
