Features Added
NEW: Resource Groups
Resource Groups allow multiple spaces to be aggregated under a single, reservable parent entity, for example, combining individual rooms or seats into a multi-purpose group. When a reservation is made on a Resource Group, it is automatically applied across all member resources. Reservations made on individual member resources are reflected on the group calendar as blocked time, giving you a clear picture of overall availability.
Resource Groups are supported across the Map Viewer, Modal Calendar, Resource Finder, and Multi-Location Selector.

Additional Locations and Resources Screen Upgrades
The Multi-Location Selector has been redesigned to closely mirror both the Resource Finder layout and the Home > Finder page that you may already be familiar with. Improvements include updated filtering controls, resource images, and hover map previews. New filters include Favorites, resource category, resource type, room capacity, and available time. Selected resources are grouped at the top for easier review.
The selector now also displays dynamic conflict shading directly on the calendar timeline, giving you a clearer picture of unavailable time ranges as you build or adjust a booking. Conflict shading updates in real time as locations are added to a reservation or as others create and update conflicting reservations, making it easier to avoid overlapping bookings before they happen.

Overhauled User Profile with Personal Tags and Notes
The User Profile has been completely redesigned on desktop with a more modern layout, displaying the user's current local time and reorganized tabs for Profile, Schedule, About, and Notes.
A key addition is the ability to create personal tags and notes about other users, functionality that was previously only available on the mobile app. Tags and notes are private to the user who creates them and can be used to organize colleagues into meaningful groups, such as teams or working groups. Personal tags can also be used to filter and search the User Directory and to quickly add attendees to room reservations.

Rebuilt Bulletin Experience
The Bulletin detail view has been fully rebuilt for desktop, bringing it in line with capabilities previously available only on mobile. Bulletins now support RSVPs, attendee lists, comment threads, iCal downloads, and map previews for associated locations, making them far more useful for coordinating workplace events.

Epiq Connect > Opensity Connect
Maptician now reflects the latest branding from our integration partner. Epiq Connect has been updated to Opensity Connect across the platform. All existing configuration and functionality remain the same.

Bug Fixes
- Resolved performance issues affecting environments with large External Reference Code datasets. When Service Request Lists contain these fields with very large datasets, the dropdown will display "Too many options to display. Type to search."
- Resolved an issue where Presence Listening Mode was not functioning correctly for some Microsoft Entra ID/Azure Presence IP ranges.
