Seat Groups allow you to bundle multiple individual seats together under a single, bookable entity. When you reserve a Seat Group, all member seats are reserved together as a set — making it easy to book a cluster of workstations or a designated team area in one action.

Add a Seat Group to the Map

  1. Navigate to the Map Editor tab.
  2. Select the location and map to open.
  3. Click Load.
  4. In the menu to the right, locate the Objects tab.
  5. Click on the Data tab.
  6. Under Resource Groups, select  Seat Group.
  7. Click anywhere on the map to drop the seat group in that location.

      • Checked - the seat group will be reservable.
      • Unchecked - the seat group will not be reservable.
        • Note: Setting a seat group as non-reservable does not affect the reservability of its individual member seats.

  1. Clicking on the Clear button will remove all seats from the seat group.
  2. Clicking the Edit Members button and deselecting seats will remove them from the seat group.
  3. Clicking the X button next to a seat in the Members tab will remove the seat from the seat group.
  4. Changing a member's seat usage to a usage type other than Reservable will automatically remove the seat from the seat group.
