Within Maptician, different types of objects fall within different layers. For example, all seats are considered one layer, while architecture (walls, doors, etc.) is considered another layer. Within Map Editor, you can hide or lock different layers on the map to make map editing easier. For example, if you need to make edits to seats, it may be beneficial to hide and lock all other layers while making these changes.
