Service Notifications Update
In our last release on May 30, 2024, we released a new functionality to automatically add Service Notifications to users' calendars. Based on client feedback, this feature was reverted back to its original functionality. Service Notifications are no longer automatically added to the Outlook calendar, but the iCalendar file will still be attached to the Service Notification email.
Ability to Duplicate Notification Lists
You now have the ability to duplicate existing notification lists! Within Facility Management > Notification Lists, look for the icon below to duplicate.
Video Conference Type Added to Report
We have added a "Video Conference Type" column to the Room Reservation Log report, which displays the type of video conference meeting configured for the reservation, if applicable.
Teams Update to Match Outlook
Reservation emails containing a Teams meeting will no longer include the date and time stamp, making them more closely resemble Outlook emails.
Know when Seat Reservations were Created
We have added a "Created" timestamp column to the "Seat Reservation Log" & "Department Seat Reservation Log" reports to note when the reservation was made.
Seat Assignment Presence Utilization Updates
The following updates were made to the Seat Assignment Presence Utilization report:
- Added a "Title" filter option
- The Location column can now filter alphabetically
- Added an "All Locations" option when running the report
- Added a "Floor" filter option
Seating Summary Report
With the help of one of our customers, we came out with a new report: "Seating Summary". This report provides an overview of office space utilization based on seat type and location. Feel free to check it out!
