To kick off the New Year, we are introducing exciting new features to Maptician!
Our Visitor Management system has been upgraded to allow for greater control and organization of visits. With the ability to schedule visits in advance and select specific invitees, managing visitors has never been easier. Guests who are invited will receive a personalized email with a secure invite code and QR code image. These codes can be used with the Maptician Visitor Signage App for a streamlined check-in process upon arrival at your office.

Key Features
Visitor Pre-Registration
Users with Permissions specific to Facility Management, are able to schedule visitors, by entering the Visitor's information, in the Visitor Management module, highlighted below. Updated Permissions to come in the New Year.
To add a Visitor, select Create Visit. Then, follow the prompts as shown in the second image, below.
Following the creation of the Visitor, a Pre-Registered Visitor will then receive an email, with important information about their visit, including access information for the day of the visit. Visitors can use a QR code or a unique code to access, the day of their visit. Please find a representation of the email, shown below in the third image.
New Interface
As a result of the Pre-Registration functionality, there is a new interface on the visitor-facing application. Please see the update below.
