Features Added
Lease Management Redesign
The Lease Management section, found under Locations > Leases, has been redesigned with a cleaner, more intuitive layout that makes it easier to view and manage your office lease portfolio at a glance.
Leases now appear in a card-based list view, giving you a clear summary of each lease without needing to dig into individual records. When you need more detail, a dedicated details modal surfaces all relevant information alongside available actions in one place. You can also generate a Lease Summary Report for a structured overview of your leases, or use the new custom printable option to produce a clean, formatted print view of any lease.
The redesign also expands how you capture key contacts for each lease. In addition to the Landlord field, you can now add a Broker, Building Manager, and Office Manager directly to the lease record. Supporting document links can also be attached via URL, keeping all relevant materials organized in one place.

Hover Tooltips for External Reference Codes
External reference code (ERC) dropdown fields in the reservation services form now display a tooltip when hovering over an option, showing the full code, name, and description, providing the ability to view the entire details of the code.
Alphabetical Sorting in the Add Locations Screen
Resources listed in the Add Locations screen will now be sorted alphabetically within each group, making it faster to find the right space when booking across multiple locations. Whether you are browsing by Location or Resource Type, resources will appear in numeric-alphabetical order so you can scan your list of resources more easily.
New Active Maps API Endpoint
Maptician's API now includes a GET /maps endpoint that returns all active maps for your organization, making it easier for integrated third-party tools to discover and reference valid map locations before submitting data.

All presence-related API endpoints also now accept an optional Map ID field, allowing presence records to be associated with a specific map. This improves accuracy for integrations that track occupancy or presence data across multiple floors or locations.
Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue where filtering reservations by office using the external API returned empty results instead of the expected data.
- Resolved an issue where signage panels could become permanently stuck on an error screen following a brief upstream disruption. Panels across all signage types now recover automatically once connectivity is restored.
- Resolved an issue where a seat set as an owner reservable seat was not displaying the permitted user's profile image correctly on the map for admin users.
- Resolved an issue where clicking Add Locations in the reservation form could prevent the location and resource selection modal from opening. This has been corrected across the platform.
- Resolved an issue with the Room Setup Worksheet report where exported files did not render multi-line content correctly. Excel exports now display all cell content without manual adjustments, CSV exports preserve line breaks, and clipboard copies keep data in the correct cells. Teams Meeting Info also now exports as clean, readable text instead of raw formatting.

In the next couple of weeks, the top and left navigation will get a refreshed look as we continue modernizing the experience and aligning with our new branding.
You will notice a darker background, updated icons, and new Maptician teal accents in place of the light blue. Your profile will also move to the bottom of the left navigation. This is one step in a longer-term focus on a more unified, cohesive product experience. We will keep sharing updates as that work continues.
