New! Ability to Draw "Sections" in Map Editor

Users can now draw "Sections" within the Map Editor, allowing them to outline the leaseable areas on a floor plan. These sections function similarly to zones but offer more precise control. Once drawn, the sections can be individually added to leasing agreements, enabling leases to be configured by specific floor areas rather than entire locations. This feature provides greater flexibility and accuracy when managing leases.

SMS Visit Notifications for Visitor Management

Visitor Management environments enabled with Video Reader capabilities will now automatically send SMS visit notifications to visitors who have phone numbers entered before the visit is created. Visitors will still receive email notifications as well, and similar to the emails, the SMS messages will include their unique QR codes, enhancing the visitor experience and streamlining check-ins.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue that was causing the Settings > Preferences to not save correctly.
• Resolved an issue where the Monthly Presence Summary by Location report wasn’t always returning remote presence entries.
• Resolved an issue where the Room List by Location report would return an error for the total room area.
• Addressed inconsistencies in how Max Advanced Reservation Time was being applied across different time zones and resource types. The Max Advanced Reservation Time is now enforced at the end of the configured day, and if a value of “0” is entered, only the current day will be accessible to restricted users.
