Set Default Map for Dashboard Widgets

One of our most requested features is here! Users can now set a default map for their dashboard widgets, ensuring a more personalized and efficient experience every time they log in.

Larger Reservation Calendar Form

We have widened the reservation form across all resources in the Reservation Calendar, making it easier to view and manage reservations with extensive details. No more squinting at cramped data.

Ability to Manage Contacts and Visitors

Another highly requested feature has arrived! Users can now manage their personal contacts and global visitors directly within the desktop application.

• Managing Contacts: Navigate to Directory > My Contacts to create, edit, or remove contacts from your personal list.

• Managing Visitors: Go to Visitor Management > Manage Visitors to edit visitor details at a global level for your environment. Note: To edit visitors, users must have the “Group members can view visits of anyone” permission enabled.

Quickly Switch Between Reservation Calendars

Navigating between reservation calendars just got easier! You can now switch to a different reservation calendar directly from the Locations tab by selecting the name of the resource you want to view, making it faster to find and manage your reservations.

Conference URL Added to the Room Setup Worksheet Report

The Room Setup Worksheet report now includes a Conference URL column, making it easier to find virtual meeting links at a glance.

Extended Occupants & Directory Name Search

We have enhanced both the Occupants and Directory searches - now every profile name field is searchable, making it quicker than ever to find who you’re looking for.

Extended Search in the Finder View

Searching for specific reservations just became more efficient! The search functionality in the Finder view has been extended to include reservation titles, making it easier to locate and manage your reservations.

Map Editor - Custom Room Type Colors

Now, when you add custom room types to your environment, you can set unique colors for them in the Map Editor. Plus, these colors persist even after saving and closing the map.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue where recurring reservations would not translate all special characters correctly.
• Fixed an issue where users with full location access for Visitor Management couldn’t select a location when scheduling a visit.
• Resource images in the Locations tab will now remain visible, even after reservations are made.
• Users in permission groups without room reservation permissions can no longer delete reservations from the Finder view.
• The Seat Assignment API now correctly displays unique IDs for seating assignments.
• Resolved visibility issues for users in restricted permission groups when accessing Reporting and Analytics.
