Escalating Lease Support for Location Cost Tracking

The Lease feature now supports escalating lease structures in addition to straight-line entries. You can configure a lease to increase annually by either a percentage or a fixed dollar amount, ensuring your Facility Yield report and cost per square foot calculations remain accurate over time.

Service Request List: Services Form Now Requires Explicit Save

When configuring fields in the Service Request List via the Services Form section, changes now require an explicit Save Changes confirmation before they are applied. Previously, adding, editing, or removing fields took effect automatically. This update gives you more control, ensuring form changes are only applied when you are ready.

If you attempt to navigate away without saving, you will be prompted with an unsaved changes warning, so your work is never lost by accident.

Custom Logo for Badge Printing

You can now upload a dedicated logo for Visitor Management badge printing at the location level, separate from your organization's global logo. This is configured at the bottom of the Locations > Badge Print Settings section.

If a badge print logo is set for a location, it will be used for badge printing at that location. If no override is set, the org-wide logo is used as the default. This gives you full control over how badges look across different locations without affecting your logo anywhere else in the app.

Timestamps in Reports Now Reflect Resource Local Timezones

Timestamps in reservation and occupancy reports now reflect the local timezone of the resource being reported on, rather than your browser's configured timezone. Timezone-aware timestamps were previously available in a select set of reports and have now been extended across all reservation and occupancy reports.

Pagination Support for External Reference Codes API

The external ERC codes GET API endpoint now supports pagination. Requests can now be sent with page and limit query parameters, making it easier to work with large code sets. If no pagination parameters are passed, the endpoint continues to behave as before for backward compatibility.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue where navigating to a future date range in Home > My Tasks may not always list the appropriate tasks.
• Resolved an issue where tasks may have appeared incorrectly in the Home > My Tasks view based on service list assignments.
• Fixed an issue where URLs that contained some special characters in the conference URL field in the reservation calendar form may not display them properly after reservation creation.
