Features Added
Set Default Teams/Zoom Meeting Options
Account Admins can now establish default settings for Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings within their environment. This allows organizations to pre-configure meeting options such as who can present, record, or share their screen. By doing so, meetings are automatically aligned with organizational preferences or security policies, enhancing workflow efficiency. Additionally, users retain the flexibility to modify these settings if their specific needs differ from the default configurations.

Reservation Message and Conference URL on Teams Emails
When you create a reservation with a Teams meeting, the calendar invitation email will now include the reservation message and the conference URL, provided these fields are configured in Maptician. This enhancement ensures that all participants receive the necessary information set within Maptician.

Fewer Reservation Calendar Update Emails
We have enhanced the system to reduce calendar update emails for reservation changes, which will help minimize inbox clutter and prevent users from being overwhelmed with unnecessary notifications. By streamlining communication, this enhancement improves the overall user experience in reservation management.
Bug Fixes
- Addressed an issue in the Finder view preventing future room reservations under specific conditions.
- Resolved an issue where in some cases, reservations synced over from Outlook were not always editable within Maptician.
- Fixed an issue where in some instances the Copy Reservations feature would display an empty locations dropdown.
- Implemented a fix to address an issue where the Map Tooltip might not fully close in certain scenarios.

Enhanced user ability to manage a reservation’s locations - users can remove the primary location from a reservation by accessing any non-primary locations.
- Note: This does not apply to reservations where the primary location is a synced resource.
- Corrected inconsistencies in seat counts displayed in the Locations tab.
