Room Activity Status Report
We have introduced a new report and functionality called Room Activity Status. This functionality allows users with access to this report the ability to set and log a specific status for a room reservation. When viewing the report, you can filter to find the exact room reservation you want to edit and update its status to one of the following: Completed, In-Progress, or No-Show.
Please note that for room reservations that are currently active, there is also an option to set the status of the reservation in the map viewer.
Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue where seating assignments wouldn’t always appear in the map view when navigating via map links.
- Fixed an issue with custom permission groups where certain settings caused display problems when editing an Occupant's settings.
- Implemented a potential fix for the issue causing service notifications to be sent erroneously every night for synced resources.
- The “Prevent Emails for Assigned Reservable Seats” setting will now work correctly for both recurring and single reservations.
