Add Room Agenda to a Map

  1. In Map Editor open the map you want to add Room Agenda to.
    1. Note: The map must be live for Room Agenda to run.
  2. On the right-hand side of the page, go to the Objects tab > Data > Signage.
  3. Click on the Room Agenda button and then click inside the map where you would like to place the Room Agenda icon.
  4. Click Save and Close the map.

Running Room Agenda Signage

Select the IT & Cloud tab from the left-hand navigation bar and click on the ROOM AGENDA tab located at the top of the screen. This will display the Manage Room Agenda Signage page.

Permissions required to view this page are either Admin/Account Admin users or users with the IT Management menu enabled, and either “Group members have full access to all IT Management features and content” or “Group members can manage Room Agenda Signage”.

On the Manage Room Agenda Signage page, you will find a Login URL. This is the URL that you will want to type into a browser on your Room Agenda Signage device.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT share this Login URL with anyone outside your organization. It fully bypasses the login screen to display the Room Agenda.

Room Agenda Signage Controls

  • REFRESH DEVICE: Resets the application and clears the current session (does not log the signage out).
  • UPDATE VERSION: Refreshes the application page and loads the most recent application version that is available.
  • NEW LOGIN URL: Automatically creates a new Login URL.
  • SET USER NAME (optional): Creates or updates the selected device’s user name. This is optional but can be used for password-based device access (user name is case sensitive).
  • SET PASSWORD (optional): Creates or updates the selected device’s password. This is optional but can be used for password-based device access.
  • SIGNAGE OPTIONS: Allows for customization of the look and feel of the Room Agenda Signage.
  • REMOTE LOG-OUT: Logs out the signed-in user account.
  • CLOSE SESSIONS: Closes the current session and will require a re-login.  From the signage system menu, selecting Reload or Logout will take you back to the login screen.

Room Agenda Signage Options

As mentioned above there's an option in the controls menu called “Signage Options”. Selecting this option will allow you to set some custom settings within your Room Agenda Signage. For each section of settings, be sure to save your changes!

  • Auto Scroll Settings: this section is useful if the number of rooms on your signage exceeds the screen's display capacity. Here, you can adjust the scroll speed (slow, regular, or fast) and set the duration the screen pauses at the bottom and top of the scroll.
  • Mode Settings: This section allows you to set your signage to use either a light (default) or dark mode.
    • NOTE: Prolonged use of the light mode, due to its white background, may cause screens over time to become discolored due to image “burn-in”, so it's highly recommended to use the dark mode.
  • Show Room Images: Enabling this setting will show the room images that you would have added when configuring your rooms.
  • Upload Logo: The uploaded logo in this section is the logo that will appear in the top-right corner of the screen if the signage is set to use the light mode.
  • Upload Logo (Dark Mode): The uploaded logo in this section is the logo that will appear in the top-right corner of the screen if the signage is set to use the dark mode.
