IAdea Setup

Enter in Configuration Mode

1. Place and hold one finger in any of the corners of the screen for 5 seconds.
2. A pause logo will appear on the screen.
3. Before the timer around the icon ends, click the pause logo.
4. You will be taken to the configuration screen.
5. On this screen you will have the following options:
   1. Advanced Settings: Here you can set the device's settings i.e. Network, Display, Sound, etc.
   2. Set Content: Set your desired Maptician Signage direct login URL here.
   3. Play: Clicking this will begin playing the content URL that is configured to the device.

Configure Meeting Room Signage on IAdea Device

1. First thing is you will want to Configure Room Signage within your Maptician environment.
2. After setting up Room Signage, you will want to locate the Login URL link that can be found for each room configured for room signage on the Facility Management > Meeting Room Signage page.
3. From there you will want to enter into the device's configuration mode (see the section above).
4. Click the Set Content button.
5. Type in the Login URL into the input field.
6. Click the Set Content button, which then will take you back to the home page of the configuration mode.
7. Then click the Play button.
8. Meeting Room Signage should begin playing on your IAdea device!

Configure Signage Type

When setting up your IAdea panel, you will need to set the signage type correctly. This can be done in two areas: Locations > Manage Rooms or Facility Management > Meeting Room Signage. In both instances, you will want to edit the room and go to the Room Signage section. From there you can set your signage type to IAdea:
