Create a Scenario

A scenario is an exact copy of an existing map. Once the scenario is created, you can further edit it and use scenario comparison tools to determine how it compares to your original map. Scenarios are not live maps, and they cannot be viewed by end users.

Note: If you choose to implement a scenario, it overrides the original map from which it was created.

Create a Scenario

  1. Navigate to the Map Editor tab.
  2. Click Load Map.
  3. Select the location and map to load.
  4. Click Load.
  5. In the Map Menu to the right, click on the Info tab.
    1. Note: If the menu does not reflect the map options, click on the white space surrounding the map canvas. This triggers the menu to display the map options.
  6. Click Create Scenario.
  7. Click Continue.
  8. Name your new scenario.
  9. Click Create Scenario.
