Overview
The My Reservations page gives you a personal view of all your reservations — past, present, and upcoming. You can search, filter by resource type or ownership, and view or edit individual reservation details from one place.
To access it, navigate to Home > My Reservations:

Filters and Search
Use the controls at the top of the page to find specific reservations:
- Search: Type to search your reservations by resource name or title.

Time Period: Select a preset time range from the dropdown to scope which reservations are shown. Available options include:
- Last Week, Last Month, Last Quarter, Last 3 Months
- This Week (default), This Month, This Quarter
- Next Week, Next Month, Next Quarter, Next 3 Months
- Custom: Set a specific date range.
- Rooms / Seats: Filter to show only room or seat reservations.
- Reserved for myself: Show only reservations where you are the primary attendee.
- Reserved for others: Show only reservations you created on behalf of someone else.
- Pending Approval: When active, filters the list to show only reservations that are pending approval. When not toggled on, reservations pending approval still appear in the list alongside all other reservations, labeled Pending Approval.
ℹ️ NOTE
The type filters (Rooms, Seats) and ownership filters (Reserved for myself, Reserved for others) can be combined. Click a filter button to toggle it on or off.
Reservation List
Reservations are grouped by date and listed in chronological order. Each reservation card displays:
- The time range (e.g., 12:15 pm to 2:45 pm) and duration
- The resource name (e.g., Room: 1039 - Hatteras or Seat: 234A)
- The location (e.g., Omaha, Lincoln - HQ), click the location link to view the resource on the map
- An Edit reservation button for upcoming reservations
Date groups with no reservations in the selected period show a No reservations for this period message.
Viewing Reservation Details
Click any reservation's title to open the Reservation Details dialog. It displays the reservation details, resource name and location, date and time, attendee count, and a Print button. The dialog includes the following tabs:
General Tab
- Calendar: Shows the reservation date and time, any setup buffer periods configured on the resource, an Open Current Location Calendar link to jump to the resource's full calendar, and the timezone the times are displayed in.
- Message: Displays the optional message entered when the reservation was created.
- Reservation Owner: Displays the name, department, and email of the person who owns the reservation.
- Reservation Information: Shows whether the reservation is a single or recurring event, and whether it is public or private.

Attendees Tab
Lists all attendees included in the reservation.

Locations Tab
Lists all resources and locations tied to the reservation. Multi-location reservations will show each resource here.

Services Tab
This tab lists any services (catering, A/V setup, etc.) configured to the reservation.

Video Conference Tab (Zoom / Teams / Webex)
Appears only when an online meeting provider is enabled for the reservation. Displays join and host links, meeting details, and configuration settings for the connected provider.

ℹ️ NOTE
The Reservation Details dialog includes a Print button that lets you choose which sections to include before opening the browser print preview. See How can I print my reservation details? for details.
Editing a Reservation
To edit an upcoming reservation:
- Locate the reservation in the list.
- Click the Edit reservation button (pencil icon) on the reservation card.
- The Reservation Calendar opens for the resource, and the reservation's information will be visible in the form.
- Make the edits to the reservation you want inside the reservation form.
- Click Update Reservation to confirm your changes.
ℹ️ NOTE
The Edit reservation button only appears on upcoming reservations. Past reservations are read-only in this view.
