Overview
The Calendar view in the Home tab shows all of your organization's reservable resources in a 7-day weekly grid. Use it to quickly see which resources are in high demand, which have open availability across the full week, and to jump directly into a resource's Reservation Calendar to make a booking.
To access it, navigate to Home > Calendar:

Calendar vs. Finder
The Calendar and Finder both display your organization's resources, but they serve different purposes:
- Finder: Shows a single-day timeline broken down hour by hour. Best for finding an available resource on a specific day and booking it quickly.
- Calendar: Shows a 7-day weekly view. Best for seeing which resources are in high demand, which have availability across multiple days, and planning ahead.
ℹ️ NOTE
You cannot create reservations directly from the Calendar view. To make a booking, open a resource's Reservation Calendar using the calendar icon on its tile. See Opening the Reservation Calendar below.
Resource Types
Use the Resource Type selector at the top of the view to switch between:
- Rooms: Conference rooms, meeting rooms, and other reservable meeting spaces.
- Seats: Individual desks, workstation stations, or seats inside private offices.
- Parking: Parking spots.
- Assets: Shared equipment and other bookable assets.
- Lockers: Reservable Lockers.

Filters
The Calendar view includes the following filters:
- Search: Filter resources by name.
- Categories: Filter by reservation category.
- Group By: Change how resources are grouped in the timeline (e.g., by resource type, location).
- Locations: Filter to only show resources at specific locations.
- Show Favorites: Toggle to display only favorited resources.
To reset all filters, click Clear all filters.
💡 TIP
The Calendar view has fewer filter options than the Finder. For more granular filtering (by room type, features, capacity, or available times), use the Finder tab instead.
Navigating the Calendar
- Use the Previous and Next arrow buttons to move backward or forward by one week.
- Click Today to return to the current week.
- Click the month/year button to open a date picker and jump to a specific date.
- Resources are grouped and listed on the left. Click a group header arrow to collapse or expand the group.
Opening the Reservation Calendar
To make a reservation for a resource you see in the weekly grid, hover over the resource's tile on the left side. A calendar icon will appear. Click it to open the full Reservation Calendar for that resource, where you can view existing bookings and create new ones.

Viewing Existing Reservations
Existing reservations appear as colored blocks within the weekly grid. Click any reservation block to open the Reservation Details dialog. It displays the reservation title, resource name and location, date and time, attendee count, and a Print button. The dialog includes the following tabs:
- General: Shows the reservation's calendar entry (including any setup buffer times), an Open Current Location Calendar link, the message field, the reservation owner's details, and reservation information.
- Attendees: Lists all attendees included in the reservation.
- Locations: Lists all resources and locations tied to the reservation.
- Services: Lists any services attached to the reservation.
- Video Conference (Zoom/Teams/Webex): Appears only when an online meeting provider is enabled for the reservation. Displays join and host links, meeting details, and configuration settings for the connected provider.

ℹ️ NOTE
The Reservation Details dialog includes a Print button that lets you choose which sections to include before opening the browser print preview. See How can I print my reservation details? for details.
