ℹ️ NOTE
SMS notifications are only available for clients within the United States and Canada.

  1. Click on the Options tab in the bottom navigation bar. Then select the Parcel Management option.
  1. Parcel Management opens as a panel titled Parcel Management, with a subtitle showing your mail room's name and location, and a settings (gear) icon in the top right. It opens directly on the New tab, ready to record a parcel - there is no separate "Record New Parcel" button.
  1. Optional: Under Package Photo, tap Add Photo to select an image from your device's Photo Library or take a photo. Once a photo is added, a preview is shown along with a Retake button.
  1. Under Recipient, tap the field to open Select Recipient and choose the parcel's intended recipient. You can search for a name using the Search recipients... field. A recipient is required before the parcel can be submitted.
  1. Optional: Under Sender, type the sender's name or company into the text box.
  2. Under Carrier, tap one of the carrier chips (for example Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx; the options shown depend on your mail room's configured carriers) to select it. A default carrier is pre-selected for you.
  1. Optional: Under Note (optional), add any notes to communicate to the parcel recipient.
  1. Under Notify Recipient, check Send Email and/or Send Text (SMS) to choose which notifications the recipient receives.
  2. Tap Submit Parcel at the bottom of the screen. (Tap Clear instead if you want to reset the form and start over.)
  1. Once submitted, a confirmation message appears, the form resets, and the panel automatically switches to the Waiting tab. Any notifications you selected (SMS and/or email) are sent to the recipient.
  2. Administrative users may view the status of parcels by selecting the Waiting or Completed tab (each shows a count, e.g. Waiting (3)) and tapping a specific parcel. Both tabs include a Search... field to filter by recipient or sender name.
  1. Tapping a parcel opens its detail panel, titled according to its status (for example Parcel Awaiting Pickup, Delivered Parcel, Returned Parcel, or Lost Parcel), with three tabs: Info, Notes, and Log.
  2. The Info tab is used to:
    1. View the recipient's name, email, and cell number (tap to email or call directly), the sender, carrier, received date/time, status, and package photo (if one was added).
    2. For a parcel that is still Waiting: update its status using the Delivered, Returned, or Lost buttons at the bottom of the screen, each of which asks you to confirm before applying.
    3. For a parcel that is still Waiting: send an additional reminder to the recipient using the Email Reminder or SMS Reminder buttons under Send Reminder.
  1. The Notes tab lists notes on the parcel and lets you add a new note (type it in and tap Add Note). Notes you authored can be edited or deleted.
  2. The Log tab shows a timeline of everything that has happened to the parcel, including when it was created, when its status changed, and when reminders were sent.
  3. The Completed tab is used for viewing delivered, returned, or lost parcels. Opening one of these parcels and going to its Info tab shows a single Revert to Waiting button, used in a scenario where a parcel was returned or was mistakenly marked as delivered.
  1. Tapping the settings (gear) icon in the Parcel Management header opens a Settings screen where you can set your Active Mail Room, Default Carrier, and default notification preferences (Send Email by Default, Send SMS by Default). Tap Save Settings to apply your changes.
