Will a forwarded event in Outlook automatically add a location/attendee?

Even with a proper Microsoft Calendar Sync configuration, forwarding a calendar invite to another attendee or location won't automatically add them to the reservation in Outlook or Maptician. This is a limitation within Outlook's application.
To add an attendee or location to an existing reservation, you can:
- Have the event organizer manually add the attendee or location in Outlook. Depending on your Calendar Sync settings, the event organizer might be the resource calendar, meaning only those with access to the resource calendar can edit the event to add the attendee or location.
- Use Maptician to edit the reservation and add multiple locations or internal/external attendees, which will then sync with Outlook.
