Occupant Directory
The occupant directory is available to all Maptician users. It shows all occupants and important information about them. It is a tool that can help coworkers learn more about one another, view contact information, and see when their coworkers will be in the office, and where they will be seated.
To access the directory, navigate to the Directory tab within the main menu.
Sort and Search
From this tab, you can search for a specific occupant using the search bar. Using the buttons to the right of the search bar, you can also filter occupants by your specific department or location. To the far right of the screen, some fields allow you to filter the list of occupants by whatever department or office location is specified.
Viewing an Occupant's Information
To view an occupant's information from the directory, click on the occupant's name. Their profile appears:
The Profile tab contains the employee's contact information, such as email or office phone. It also displays the occupant's local time based on their assigned office location.
Seat Schedule
The Schedule tab displays which seat(s) the employee is assigned to or has reserved within the next 7 days. If you click on the seat link, it opens up to the office map where the seat is located. This helps employees locate where other employees are sitting within the office.
About Information
The About tab displays the employee's profile information. This could include information like the employee's personality test results or other information the employee has chosen to share about themselves.
Note: If this section is blank, the employee has not yet filled out their profile information. For more information on how to update your profile, click here: Profile Settings.
