When you create a scheduled visit in Visitor Management, visitors will receive an email invitation containing the following details:
- Date and time of the visit
- Location
- Check-in QR code
- 6-digit code
Adding Additional Information to Visitor Emails
If you need to provide more instructions for visitors, such as guest WiFi name and password, parking information, or any other details, you can configure this in the Information section of your Location settings. Here’s how:
Navigate to the Information Section
- Go to your Location's settings in Locations > Manage Locations.
- Edit the location and find the Information section where you can add additional details for visitors.
Enable Information in Visitor Emails
- Ensure that the Include below information in visitor email check-in option is enabled.

Customize Your Message
Add any relevant information, such as:
- Guest WiFi name and password
- Parking instructions
- Other important details
When creating a scheduled visit, visitors will begin to receive emails that will include these additional fields that are filled out. If a specific field is left blank, that information will not be included in the email.
