A pre-authentication link is a URL that, when accessed from a web browser, will take you directly to the meeting room signage for that specific room.
Not seeing a “Login URL”?
If there's no link in the room's "Login URL" column or you want to create a new URL for a room, follow these steps:
- Click the box to the far left of the desired room.
- Select the “Meeting Room Options” button.
- Click on the “New Login URL” option from the dropdown.
