View In-App Release Notes
Users will now see release notes in-app via the icon below. A red dot will appear if there are any new, unread updates. Once the latest notification is viewed, the red notification will clear.

Configure Default Dashboards per Permission Group
Account Admin now have the ability to set custom default dashboards per each permission group. First, you as an Account Admin will need to set the dashboard widgets on your home screen as you want them to appear for desired permission group. Once you have your dashboard set, go to Settings > Environment > Default Dashboard. Select the desired permission group from the dropdown and click “Copy Current Dashboard”. This will essentially take a snapshot of your current dashboard set up and apply it to that permission group's default widgets.

Locker Reporting
We have added three new reports for lockers. These reports allow you to easily see which lockers are assigned, reserved, and view an overall list of all lockers in your environment.

- Locker Reservation Log
Pre-authentication Link for Meeting Room Signage
A unique login URL allows you to bypass the login screen for Maptician Room Signage. To access this link, unhide the “Login URL” column. Additional information can be found here.
New Points of Interest
We have released a new batch of POIs. A breakdown of the added points of interest are shown below. Along with the below, we also added “VR headset" and “mixed-reality headset” to the Game Room POI, and “3D Printer” to the Copy/Print and Printer POIs.

Allow End Users to Set Presence Configurations
Admin can now grant permission groups the ability to set their own presence tracking status. As long as the below permission setting is enabled, users can now set their own tracking mode.

Once permission is granted, an end user can set their presence tracking mode via Settings > Preferences > Presence Configurations. Once the desired option is selected, click “Save Changes”. Essentially, this will allow ends users to choose if their presence data is tracked for reporting and visibility purposes.

Thumbnail Map View in Finder
Now when hovering over the resource information on the lefthand side within Finder, a thumbnail of the floorplan will appear - showing where that specific room is located on the floor. This is helpful to know where the room you plan to reserve is located within the office.

Restrict Reservation Access from Finder
Account Admins now have the ability to restrict users from creating reservations directly in Finder. This is useful when the environment contains required services that must be filled out with the original reservation booking. To disable reservations in Finder, go to Settings > Reservations > Disable Reservations in Finder.

Once the desired room is found in Finder, click into the calendar icon on the lefthand side to fill out the reservation details. You will need to hover over the area shown below for the calendar icon to appear.
