As we approach the end of the year, Maptician has yet again come out with a new release. Among the features of this release are an on-premises calendar synchronization and additional reports to gain a deeper understanding of Access Logs and Seat Usage.

Key Features

New Reports

There is a new report available called "Maptician Access Logs". This report provides a detailed, daily user access log, for a specified time range within Maptician.

Updated Reports

• Updated the "Manage Seats" page under "Locations" menu to include "Seat Usage Type (Open, Reservable, Assignable etc.) column and filter.
• Updated the report "Seat Reservation Log" to include a "All Location" pre-select filter and added the column "Created By" which shows the original reservation creator (and not the delegated one).

On-Premises Calendar Synchronization

To better serve our clients operating their mailboxes on-premises, we have added calendar synchronization via EWS. If you would like to learn more about this option, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager.
