Adding Service Data on a Single Resource Reservation
Here are the steps for adding service data to a reservation:
- Open the reservation calendar for a resource and either edit an existing reservation or create a new one.
- Navigate to the Services tab within the reservation.
- All the configured notification lists for the resource will be displayed.

- Use the toggle to enable a service, which will reveal all the associated fields for that notification list.

- Fill out all the fields for the service. Required fields are marked by a red asterisk.
- Create/update the reservation.
- All users configured to receive service notifications will get an email notification.
💡 Helpful Tip: If you often reuse the same data across multiple reservations, consider creating a service template for easier reuse in the future.
Adding Service Data on a Multi-Resource Reservation
Here are the steps for adding service data to a reservation with multiple resources:
- Open the reservation calendar for a resource and either edit an existing reservation or create a new one.
- Navigate to the Locations tab within the reservation.
- Add all the desired resources.

- Now, navigate to the Services tab within the reservation.
- All the configured notification lists for each resource will be displayed.

- Use the toggle to enable a service, which will reveal all the associated fields for that notification list.

- Fill out all the fields for the service. Required fields are marked by a red asterisk.
- Optional: If resources share a service, selecting the Apply to other locations option will quickly copy the data from the one resource to all other resources with the same service.

- Create/update the reservation.
- All users configured to receive each of the enabled service notifications will get an email notification. If the same service is enabled for multiple resources, the notified users will reach individual notifications for each resource.
