Mobile App Calendar Redesign

My Reservations and Resource Calendars in the mobile app have been updated with a refreshed design. This update also introduces a new List View and built-in search, making it easier to filter reservations by time range and resource type.

Single Invite for Recurring Reservations on Non-Synced Resources

Recurring reservations on non-synced resources now send a single calendar invite for the series, instead of an individual invite for each occurrence.

Bug Fixes

• Outlook-originated events that have all synced resources removed in Outlook, but are not fully canceled, now correctly remove the associated reservation from the resource’s calendar in Maptician.
• The Measure object in the Map Editor under Info Markers now supports a length value up to 1,000 ft.

Continued Mobile App Design

In addition to the calendar redesign in our v3.38.0 release, we’re starting the next phase of improvements to the mobile app, focused on simplifying how users find and interact with spaces and people. This work begins by bringing the Home and Finder experiences together into a more cohesive, modern flow aligned with Maptician’s latest branding.

The updated experience will make it easier to locate and reserve resources, use quick filters to narrow results, and access details across rooms, seats, people, and more—based on what’s available on your maps.

Webex Video Conference Integration

In addition to our existing Microsoft Teams and Zoom integrations, we are building support for Webex to expand video conferencing options for users.

Crestron Seat Signage Integrations

We are building integrations with Crestron's Desk Scheduling Touch Screen (also known as Desk Touch) and the Desk Scheduling Status Indicator (also known as Desk Q) to improve the seating scheduling experience. For questions, please reach out to your Maptician technical contact.
