We are thrilled to unveil a new feature enabling users to seamlessly incorporate Conference Room Service needs for multi-location bookings through a single interface. This update also brings several enhancements, including the addition of more Points of Interest (POIs), customizable Permission Group Naming, addition of Office Phone Numbers on Mobile, and an improved Room Reservation Log.

Multi-Location Services

Exhausted from hopping between rooms to add services to a multi-location reservation? You will be thrilled with our latest enhancement to Conference Room Reservations.

For reservations spanning multiple locations, you can now effortlessly add all required services by location within the same Reservation Calendar view.

Pro Tip: Remember to build out all Notification Lists, by Location in the Facility Management /Notification Lists section of the application.

Points of Interest Added and Updated

Numerous Points of Interest options have been added/updated in the Map Editor section. These include:

• Tornado Shelter
• Electric Vehicle Charger
• Service Dog
• Game Room
• Oxygen Tank
• A treadmill icon is now an available option for the Fitness Center POI.
• The Fire Extinguisher POI has been updated to default to red.

Pro Tip: The more valuable the information in Maptician, the more users will need to use the application. Fill your floorplans with helpful information! To top it off, remember to train your users to search for POIs on Mobile and Desktop.

Editable Permission Group Names

Administrators can now modify the name of any existing permission group.

Pro Tip: Remember, the standard permission group names cannot be edited, simply the groups your organization created! 
Office Room Number Added to Mobile

Office Room Number Added to Mobile

Room phone numbers are now available to view on the mobile app.

Pro Tip: You can also add the Office Phone Main Line to the Location Information. This is specific to a Room within the Office(s). 

Room Reservation Log Updated

The Room Reservation Log report now features an "All Locations" option. This enhancement allows users to generate a comprehensive Room Reservation Report covering All Locations, in addition to the existing capability to select individual locations.

Increased Character Limit

The Parking Information and Additional Information fields in the Locations' settings have been increased in size to allow up to 1,000 characters.
