Add/Remove Widgets

To add, remove, and customize widgets, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Home > Dashboard.
2. Click the Configure Dashboard button in the top-right corner of your screen.

This will open the Configure Dashboards dialog. Under the Home Dashboard tab, you can toggle individual widgets on or off. Use the search bar on the left to find a specific widget, or filter by category.

Arrange and Resize Widgets

You can reposition and resize widgets directly on the dashboard using the Arrange Dashboard mode.

1. From Home > Dashboard, click the Arrange Dashboard button in the top-right corner of your screen
2. To resize or remove a widget, click the three-dot menu (...) in the top-right corner of the widget:

3. Drag and drop any widget to reposition it on the dashboard:

4. When finished, click Done Arranging.

Choosing a Default Map for Dashboard Widgets

You can set a preferred default map from the Configure Dashboards dialog. This controls the first map that loads when you open the dashboard.

1. Click the Configure Dashboard button in the top-right corner of your screen.
2. Select the Settings tab.
3. Under Default Map, use the Select Default Map dropdown to choose your preferred map.

The default map is based on the following priorities:

1. The map you have set as your default in your settings:

2. A map where you have a current reservation. 
   • Parking or locker maps will be ignored. Reservations or assignments for parking spots, lockers, or assets will also be ignored.
3. A map where you are permitted to reserve a resource. 
   • If the resource is a parking spot, locker, or asset, it will be ignored.
4. A map where you have a permanent seating assignment. 
   • This will exclude parking spots, lockers, and assets.
5. A map of the location that is your primary location.
   • Parking or locker maps will be excluded. 
   • Priority will be given if there is a company-wide default map. **
   • If there isn't a default map set, the most recent map added or saved will be prioritized.
6. Maps for locations you have access to view. 
   • Priority will be given if there is a company-wide default map. **
   • If there isn't a default map set, the most recent map added or saved will be prioritized.
