Introducing our highly anticipated and latest release - 2.20.14! We have made significant improvements to Conference Room Management, Teams Integration, enhanced Presence detection, as well as other enhancements that will greatly enhance your experience. We have included a list of the key additions, along with screenshots that demonstrate the new functionalities.

Key Features

Multi-Location Reservations

• When making a room reservation, multiple rooms/multiple locations can be added, in the current reservation calendar interface.
• Find a Room is available within the single resource reservation interface. Users can search by Name, Availability Range, Capacity, Office, Map, Resource Type and Features.

Find a Room is a great tool to show the statuses of all conference rooms.

Recurring Reservations

• Users can set a Recurrence Rule for Once, Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
  • For each of the above users are able to select: Repeat every X days; For X occurrences; Until X date.
• Options when canceling (deleting) a Recurring Reservation: 
  • Delete only the selected occurrence; Delete the selected occurrence and all subsequent occurrences; Delete all current and upcoming occurrences. 

Teams Integration

• Teams Meetings can now be added to Room Reservations.
• In order to enable this functionality, the Microsoft Integration must be in place.

Microsoft Office 365 / Azure Connections

• There is now a new panel design.
• The interface and backend allow for multiple connections to be added. 
• Users can now enter the expiration date of the Graph API ‘secret value’.
