Overview

This article provides a comprehensive walkthrough of our mobile application, demonstrating its key features and user interface. You'll learn how to navigate through the app, access different functionalities, and make the most out of its various tools. Whether you're a new user or looking to deepen your understanding, this guide serves as a helpful resource to enhance your experience with the app.

Getting Started

Initial Setup and Login

After downloading the app, open it from your home screen. Enter your Organization Name in the designated field. If your company uses single sign-on (SSO), choose Sign-In using SSO and follow your organization’s process. Otherwise, log in with your email and password and tap LOG IN.


Home

The Home screen is your central hub for managing reservations and viewing location details. From here, you can see your Assigned Reservable Seat (if available), make a reservation for today or tomorrow, or use the calendar icon to plan ahead. Tapping the location card provides more details about your building or office.


Finder

The Finder section lets you locate and reserve rooms, seats, and other resources directly from the map or through a searchable list view.

Map View

When you first open Finder, the default view displays your selected map. You can pinch to zoom or double-tap to focus on a specific area.

Selecting a room or seat opens its Resource Details panel, showing availability, features, and other configured information. If the resource is available, tap Reservation Calendar to view its calendar and create a reservation.

List View

If you prefer a list view, tap the search bar at the top of the screen. You’ll see a set of filters that let you narrow your results:

  • Resource: Choose the type of resource to view: rooms, seats, points of interest, parking spots, assets, or lockers.
  • Type: Filter by the types of resource (default or custom types defined by your organization).
  • Status: Indicates the current availability of the selected resources. Use it to quickly identify which resources are open or in use.
    • All (default): Shows all resources, regardless of whether they’re reservable or assignable.
    • Reservable: Shows resources that are configured as reservable.
    • Available Now: Shows reservable resources that are currently unoccupied.
    • Reserved Now: Shows reservable resources that are currently occupied.
  • Features: Filter by specific features applied to resources, such as equipment, accessibility, and features.
  • Map: Select which map to display in the list results.

People Directory

The People tab makes it easy to find and organize team members. You can search by name, browse the directory, or add tags and notes to colleagues to group them for quick reference. Filters help narrow results by tags or other attributes.


Calendar View

The Calendar tab helps you view and manage upcoming reservations. Navigate between weeks using the arrows at the top of the screen. Grey dots indicate days with reservations, and tapping an event lets you edit or cancel it.


Options

The Options tab provides access to your profile, preferences, and additional tools.

Presence

At the top of the Options screen, under your name, you may see the ability to set your Presence location if this feature is enabled for your organization.

Profile

Your profile displays basic information such as name and email. Some fields can be updated directly from your mobile device, including preferred first name, pronouns, and cell phone number.

Social

The Social section allows you to share more about yourself with optional fields:

  • What I Do
  • About Me
  • LinkedIn
  • DISC Profile
  • CliftonStrengths
  • Myers-Briggs (MBTI)
  • Enneagram

Preferences

The Preferences section is where you manage your personal app settings.

Parcel Management

If enabled, Parcel Management allows you to add and track parcels.

Change Password

This option lets you update your login credentials.

Legal

The Legal section provides links to the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Terms of Service, Cookies, and Data Subject Access Requests.
