The swap seats functionality is found within the Assignments tab. If you have two occupants whose seats you need to swap with one another, this functionality provides a quick and easy way to accomplish this.
To swap seats, follow the instructions below:
- From the main menu, navigate to the Assignments tab.
- Click Load Map.
- Select the location and map you wish to access.
- To the right of the map, click the Swap Seats button.
- Click on one of the occupants within their current seat, and left-click on their image icon.
- Hold your left mouse key and drag their image/icon to the occupied seat they are switching to. Release the left mouse key to drop them in the seat.
NOTE: If done correctly, both occupants should display in their newly swapped seats.
