Searching for Occupants
When assigning seats, you may need to search for an occupant to whom the seat should be assigned. To do this, follow the steps below:
- From the main menu, navigate to the Assignments tab.
- Click Load Map.
- Select the location and map you wish to open.
- In the menu to the right, click on the Occupants tab.
- Search by the occupant's name.
Note: If the occupant does not return in the search, this may be because they have already been assigned a seat or this location is not their primary location. Uncheck the "Unassigned" box and check the "All Offices" box to widen your search. You may also filter your search results by a specific department.
