The Room Directory is found within the main Directory tab. It displays a list of all rooms across all locations. It includes data like room name, location, floor, and room type.
The room directory also indicates if a room is reserved or not. If it is reservable, room capacity is shown and a link to the room's reservation calendar is provided.
Clicking on the room name opens the room as it appears on the map.
Searching and Filtering Results
At the top of the directory is a search bar to search by room name. You also have the option to filter by reservable rooms or only those rooms at your assigned location.
To the top right of the page are filters by room type, location, or department. For example, if you click into the Room Type box, and select "Break Room," the list displays only those rooms that have been labeled as break rooms.
Reserve a Room
To reserve a room from the Room Directory tab, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the main Directory tab.
- In the top menu, click Room Directory.
- To the right of the room you wish to reserve, click the Reservation Calendar link.
- Within the calendar, navigate to the day you would like to make the reservation. Click and drag to indicate the time. Note: You may also manually enter the start and end date in the fields to the right of the calendar.
- If applicable, rename the reservation title and add a meeting URL.
- Once the details are in place, click the Add button in the lower right corner to add your reservation.
